There are 5 signatures or pamphlets, each separately FOLDED BUT NOT bound. The two outside signatures have a light card exterior over which the DJ is folded. Probably this was an ARC (advance reading copy) , sent out to publicize Powell's book. Quite scarce and issued before the Trade first edition, MYSTERY
